Tasting notes from Wes

Appearance: Amber with orange hue. Off-white head, long retention. Moderate clarity.

Aroma: Dried fruit (date, orange, papaya), bubblegum, coriander, hint of white pepper, dark greens (arugula), medium-intensity.

Palate: medium sweetness, medium+ bitterness, caramel sauce, black pepper, bubblegum, dried cherry, dried date, orange, pear, banana chips. Medium-high intensity.

Mouthfeel: Medium+ body, medium carbonation, chewy, rich, mouth-related, slightly astringent.

Finish: Black pepper, dark leafy greens, orange pith, caramelized sugar, bitterness persists throughout. Medium-high intensity with a long, gradual fade.

ABV: 8.4%
