We are back with more hoppy liquid to satiate the constant demand for the sticky green plant that made the PNW too cool for school. We wanted to go out with not one but two collaborations in liquid form. The first is with Cascadia Malts, a new family run malt crafting company that grows their own grains in the heart of Washington State. Their Claymore Pilsner Malt adds persistent malty sweetness to this Pilsner and finishes with a hint of honeysuckle flowers. Our second collaborator is our longtime partner, Hopsteiner, with their specialty hop Alora. Alora brings a peach, yuzu, melon, and apricot to the party, including the aromatic finish that makes this never before seen Pilsner easy drinking. Never before seen because you should drink it with your eyes closed and in a dark room with no one else around so you can fully experience everything this groundbreaking beer has to offer.
